I shared my Morning skincare routine two days back and I'm sharing my bed time skincare with y'all today.. Hope u find it useful!!
If you often fall asleep at night without taking off your makeup or giving your skin proper nourishment, you will likely to wake up with skin that looks dull and lackluster. In case this sounds too familiar, you need to focus on building the right nighttime skincare routine.
A nighttime skincare routine that concentrates on hydration and repair can keep your skin firm and clear.

IMPORTANCE OF NIGHT TIME SKINCARE:
Your daytime skincare routine must focus on shielding your skin. Whether you're home or stepping out for work, you should use products that shield your skin from the sun's UV rays, pollution, and dirt. Hence, your daytime routine should include a mild cleanser, toner, sunscreen, and moisturizer.
On the other hand, your nighttime skincare routine is all about repairing damage caused by environmental pollutants and stress. It focuses on cleansing and proper makeup removal while giving your skin the nourishment it needs for cell regeneration.
ROUND OFF:
Just as cleansing and applying sunscreen before stepping out are imperative for healthy skin, undoing the damage caused to your skin during the day is absolutely necessary. If you want to wake up with beautiful, glowing skin, you should build and maintain a regular nighttime skincare routine to cleanse, nourish, and replenish your skin, so it stays healthy.
MY NIGHT SKINCARE ROUTINE:
My Night time skincare routine includes the following steps:
✓Frst cleanser
✓Second cleanser
✓Serum
✓Moisturiser
✓Aloe gel
✓lip balm
FIRST CLEANSER:
You don't need to double-cleanse, but i prefer double cleansing when I wear many layers of sunscreen and waterproof mascara.I use coconut oil as oil cleanser to remove sunscreen and eye makeup.This just takes off the dirt and melts any residue left on skin quick.
For those budgeting, feel free to just use the same water-based cleanser twice if you want to double cleanse but need to save money!
SECOND CLEANSER:
NEUTROGENA DEEP CLEAN CLEANSER

This is the step that actually cleanses your skin. I usually prefer gel cleansers as my second cleanser .If I haven't worn any makeup on the day ,I'll just use this cleanser to cleanse my face and follow the next steps of my routine.
This is actually a "deep clean" cleanser without false claims. I am using it for more than two months now and I haven't found one that works so beautifully and is affordable.
SERUM:
AURELDERMA SKIN RADIANCE GEL
Don't layer too many actives in a routine- most don't need daily use to see great results. Alternate between them! If you use multiple products, layer from thinned to thickest. Tbh prescription treatments are going to be the best investment for folks with acne or fine lines.
This gel type serum is recommended by my dermatologist for brighter skin and fading my dark spots and is such a boon to my oily skin.
This Gives instant boost and freshness after just one use. I see gradually my acne have been reduced too. It has a great pack of vitamin c. My skin is gradually becoming brighter with the use of it and dark spots are fading. I Use it after the sunset everyday before bed.

MOISTURISER:

Hydrating and moisturising the skin should be done by everyone even if you have oily skin!
Omgggg... This mositurizer is my holistic moisturizer ... It has pH value of 5.5 which ensures excellent skin tolerance. This is safe for very sensitive skin, pimple prone skin and allergy prone skin. It also offers extremely effective biological protection from bacteria causing pimples.

Aloe has always been my go-to natural ingredient when it comes to taking care of my skin and hair.Though my skin is oily one,I feel like I'm not getting enough hydration from my moisturizer.
So I use this gel on my skin like a shield to lock moisture and to boost their power.It is an antioxidant and I feel like it combats against the acne causing bacteria.
LIP BALM:

Lip Moisturiser- Yes! I seal the moisture in my lips before everything else because lips do not possess sebaceous glands so we must provide topical moisture to prevent them from chapping.
This lip balm is the most underrated lip balm in Indian SKINCARE..I swear!...If you want the most affordable lip balm that works for hydration,just grab it..I swear..it's the perfect one..
CONCLUSION:
If you're just getting into skincare, do not go out and buy the world, you will probably be able to still use what you have and just need to add a product or two.
